Circles

My cheeks hurt so much from laughing at the new segment of our wedding video I just got from the videographer. I told you there was something good coming down the pipe, and here it is:

Windows Media Video File The Blooper Reel
bloopers.wmv
4.3 MB

The videographer has offered to make *.wmv versions of all the segments, so there should be three others up here in the next couple days.

  1. I’m dying to know, about 46 seconds in we get a glimpse of your and Janeane’s monologues:

    JANEANE: Oh, there’s one thing I wanted to tell you too
    {cut}
    There are a couple of reasons why I love Joey
    {cut}
    I think it’s funny when we go places–restaurants and you’ll say
    {cut}
    JOEY: I’m very excited to get the ball rolling
    {cut}
    JANEANE: I hope you continue to do that.
    JOEY: {sighs} I don’t know what else to say but I’m very excited for the next seventy-five, eighty years.
    {cut}
    financially, not any other way.

    What’s the rest? And what does Janeane think is funny when you guys go places?

  2. Needless to say (I hope), every one of those statements was taken out of context for comedic effect.

    Janene really likes when we go to restaurants and I ask her what I had last time we were there. I have a horrible memory and her’s is amazing, so I always ask her what I had and whether or not I liked it. I’m also bad at deciding what I want, and her input is usually helpful.

    I can’t remember what I was talking about when I made the “getting the ball rolling” statement or the “financially” statement. We’ll have to wait for the DVD to come out and see if those sections of dialogue made the final cut. I’ll keep you posted if I find out.

    Anyway, I think it was a stroke of genius for them to combine the dialogue that way.

  3. The clip is very nicely put together, although I was expecting a few more “bloopers.”

    Despite the amount of time it is taking for him to get back to you, the guy making your wedding videos is really doing an excellent job. I look forward to seeing some of the other clips.

  4. I haven’t watched it yet since I’m at work and forgot my headphones at home. Anyway, about your restaurant anecdote: I’m the same way. I have a terrible memory and always ask Roxy if I liked the french fries or whatever last time. Trouble is, she doesn’t have a great memory, either.

    However, I do have a friend with OCD, and she remembers just about everything. The most useful is if I’m counting anything and lose count, if she’s there, even if she’s doing something completely unrelated on the other side of the room, she’ll know what number I was on.

  5. I finally got a chance to watch the video. That was super-great. You have a fantastic videographer.

    One thing I don’t look forward to about getting married (whenever that might happen) is letting someone else take the pictures.

  6. Joey, You really gotta e-mail me. Send me your phone number so we can talk. It’s been so long.
    Leave a comment on my site. Actually I would like to put you in my links if you send me the HTML I will.
